Submit Existing Landscape Plan for Bids

   Congratulations on considering
   a landscape redesign!

   We'll walk you through our simple
   3-step process.



  Take digital photos of the area(s) of your property you   want re-landscaped using your digital camera or phone.

We realize you already have an existing plan for the redesign, but we need see what the area(s) look like currently before we can give you accurate bids for your landscape installation.

(A) Be sure to take 2-3 photos from different angles / distances for each general area so we will have multiple perspectives to work with.

(B) If shooting your entire property in a single shot, try to include a thin edge of the street in your photo so we can gauge the size of the property.

  Send photos and ALL OTHER AVAILABLE INFO   to us via email.


(A) Attach all desired photos to an email (preferably one single email, not many).  Note: you must list this same email account address when you fill out your contact info in step 3.

(B) Also include all other available info including (but not limited to): lists and numbers of plants or other materials used, estimates for amount of material or plants, any soil tests/other tests, or any additional visual mock-ups available.

(C) Enter the text "V-Photo" (no quotes) in the email's subject line and send the email this info as well as attached photos to us at the email address shown below:

                

  Finally, fill out a short preferences form so we
  have a better understanding of your landscaping goals.
